UL & IECEx Explosion-Proof Flexible Couplings & Adapters

Our UL and IECEx certified explosion-proof flexible couplings and adapters are engineered for hazardous locations where a rigid conduit run is not practical. Built with a flameproof enclosure design, each coupling absorbs vibration, allows for thermal expansion, and provides a reliable flexible connection point between conduit, motors, junction boxes, and instrumentation in Class I hazardous areas.

The series covers straight flameproof couplings (KF-GJH), straight adapters (KF-LK), and 90-degree elbow adapters (KF-XG), available in male, female, and rotating male-to-female configurations from 1/2" up to 6". This gives engineers flexibility to match end-fitting orientation to existing conduit and equipment threads without redesigning the enclosure layout.

Typical applications include oil & gas platforms, refineries, petrochemical plants, and other industrial environments where explosion-proof and IECEx-compliant connections are required for global project compliance.
