UL 1696 Listed Nonmetallic Flexible Corrugated Tubing (NMFT)

Our UL 1696 listed nonmetallic corrugated tubing (NMFT) is extruded from PA6 nylon or TPEE for a lightweight, high-flex-life alternative to metal conduit in robotics, automation, and vehicle wiring harnesses. The corrugated wall structure gives excellent bend radius and flex cycle performance in continuously moving applications, while the nonmetallic construction resists oil, most industrial chemicals, and abrasion without adding weight to the cable assembly.

The tubing range spans standard mechanical-protection tubing (PAFS/PACS), single- and double-split variants for easy mid-run cable access (PADS/PXDS, PAWS/PXWS), stainless-steel and tinned-copper braided versions for added mechanical or EMI protection (PAFSSB/PACSSB, PAFSTB/PACSTB), and a super-flexible robot cable protection tubing in PA6 or TPEE (PXFE, TPFE) for continuous-motion applications such as robotic arms and cable carriers. It is matched with a full nylon fitting family — quick-connect straight and elbow fittings (FN01, FN03), metal-thread versions for direct panel mounting (FN02, FN04), and advanced liquid-tight straight and elbow fittings (FN50, FN53) for sealed enclosure connections.

Flame-retardant (V0/V2) and EN 45545 rail-compliant grades are available across most of this range for markets that require additional fire-safety certification. As the manufacturer, we support custom colors, diameters, and split configurations for OEM cable-management projects.
